County Administration Office

The County Administrator's Office works with the Talladega County Commission and other County elected officials and departments, facilitating effective and cost-efficient services, County-wide.   In accordance with policies set by the County Commission, along with state and federal laws and regulations, the Administrator is responsible for the overall direction of the County's administrative departments and serves as the budget officer for all County offices.
