In order for your application to be processed, you must include the following information with your application:
- Copy of Applicant and Co-Applicant Drivers’ License
- If you own your home, proof of ownership (deed or tax notice)
- If you rent your home, a copy of your lease or rental agreement
If your application is approved, we will contact you and you will be required to pay your deposit before service can be established.
