Commissioner Darrell Ingram was born and raised in Eastaboga, Alabama. He graduated from Talladega County High School (Lincoln) and attended Jacksonville State University. He is married to Rebecca Armbrester Ingram and they have one son.
After retiring from Lockheed Martin, Darrell is currently serving as a bus driver for Talladega County Schools. Darrell enjoys all sports and is an avid cyclist.
Darrell's goals include promoting industry and infrastructure, promoting recycling, and having a litter-free county. He will support schools and youth programs, and encourage college and vocational opportunities for all citizens. He will strive to be available by phone or in person to the people of District 1.
